Free Webcam Watcher Full is a program that will allow you to watch several webcams at once. This way, you will be able to keep an eye on each of them, knowing instantly if something changes in the place they are monitoring. You can zoom in or out any of the images sent by the webcams, refresh them instantly or set a different refresh rate for each of them, save any frame as a picture, or even set a webcam as your screensaver.
The program comes with a bunch of webcam addresses from all over the world that you can watch for free. However, you can enter any URL you like to include your favorite webcam. You can do that by copying the URL of a cam you have found with your browser into the Free Webcam Watcher database, by pressing the "Add" button. You can also give a descriptive name for that feed, and set a refresh rate.
To watch a webcam, you only need to double-click on its name. You will then see a thumbnail of that webcam. Clicking on it will cause the program to show the image sent by the webcam in full size. Finally, if you check the "AutoSave New Pictures" box, every new image appearing in the webcam will be saved in the designated folder.
